Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended.

  • United States: 7–15 business days
  • International Orders: 10–20 business days

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors outside of our control, including customs delays, weather conditions, carrier disruptions, or high shipping volumes.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Tracking updates may take several days to appear after the package has been dispatched.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. NVRLXRY is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our direct control. NVRLXRY is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages caused by the carrier.

Multiple Shipments
